Dirty place and worst locality . I can bet this is the worst area of gangtok.Rooms were never cleaned and the manager and any room services are never attended or cleaned.The lodge is very dirty from everyway.

This place is located on Lal bazaar. MG road is at 2 mins walking distance. Which means you can shop till you drop whenever you want. The caretaker was very helpful during our stay. The rooms were not so luxurious but homely neat and clean. There was running hot water which is need of cold weather. We had problem with charging ports in our room so the management readily upgraded us to a better room. It was safe and cozy stay for us three girls travelling from Mumbai to Gangtok. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants budget hotel.

Hotel is located just below the famous M.G Marg (just 5 minutes walk). View from the all front facing rooms are awesome. Rooms were clean and comfortable. If you are looking are rooms with a view than this one is perfect for you.

We stayed there during 30-31st October 2016 in the roof top room ( valley view room). Room was nice and clean. Best part of this hotel is it's location. It's located in lal bazaar area from where mall is just few steps upward....

Staff behaviour very bad

The hotel is located at the prime location of Gangtok next to MG Marg market. We were given a room which was smelling very bad and we requested to change the room as it was very difficult to stay.The staff behavior was very bad at the reception. He was a 50+ aged man. He even said do whatever you want to do. When I said I will call police for mishandling us then he changed a room. The cable connection at the room is very bad. No TV signal at all. The junior staff and care takers boys are helpful.
